You can book using our online booking system or contact directly on the numbers provided.
How much is deposit is required?
Minimum of 30% deposit is required to secure the booking with the remaining balance to be cleared before the pickup date.
How much notice is required to cancel the booking?
If a booking is cancelled in writing by the Customer with more than 5 days left before the date of travel, other than the initial deposit paid by the Customer, the Customer will have no further costs to pay. If a booking is cancelled by the Customer with less than 5 days' notice, payment in full will be due to Local Minibuses from the Customer. Deposits are non-refundable.
What are the payment methods?
We accept cash, debit/credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers cheques (please note cheques need to be fully cleared before booking is secured), and we can also invoice you (please note this applies to company's only).
Can I have extra drops if required?
Any extra drop-offs which are not mentioned at the time of booking will be charged at a minimum of £25 per drop.
Is drinking and eating allowed on the bus?
Drinking and eating is not permitted unless it has been agreed prior to booking, we would require an additional £50 deposit which is refundable end of the journey providing the bus is left clean.
Any damage/spillage caused by the passengers will be charged accordingly by the company at a minimum rate of £40
